Working from a local off-site location, your teller will appear on live video to help you navigate through your transaction and to answer any questions you have regarding your Central Sunbelt account. My Teller Plus allows you to make deposits or withdrawals, cash checks, purchase official funds items such as a cashier’s checks / official checks, and make loan payments, all with your personal video teller.
My Teller Plus will offer more privacy as you conduct your transactions, allowing your personal information to be typed or scanned in without having to say it aloud. You will find My Teller Plus in an area away from the traditional teller line and with an included privacy telephone and screen to keep your transaction secure between you and your teller.
My Teller Plus will allow Central Sunbelt to meet the needs of our members at more out-of-branch locations. Imagine a conveniently placed My Teller Plus at your favorite local store, shopping mall, or even in your office building. Do you have trouble getting to your nearest branch while it’s open? My Teller Plus will allow us to offer extended hours in various convenient locations. Just want to make a deposit? Using My Teller Plus ensures that your deposits are available the same as using a traditional teller at our branch.
